Introduction

Founded by Christine "Mama Bear" Oden, Mama Bear Oden's Eco-Kidz is a nature-inspired, family-style preschool located right here in Bend, Oregon, serving children ages 2 - 6. Backed by over 25+ years of early childhood experience (including 14 years running this great preschool), Christine creates a safe, nurturing space where curiosity and creativity thrive.

The play-based program blends outdoor exploration, art, music, gardening, cooking, and mindfulness with Zoo-Phonics Curriculum. Through small class sizes, personalized care, and animal-inspired learning adventures, children build essential language, literacy, and problem-solving skills while developing confidence, compassion, and a lifelong love of learning.
